Hindustan Construction Appoints Nakul Pasricha as Independent Director

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd announced the approval of Mr. Nakul Pasricha's appointment as an Independent Director at its 90th Annual General Meeting held on August 18, 2026. Mr. Pasricha, who was initially appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director by the Board on July 10, 2026, will serve a term of five consecutive years. He is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience, currently serving as MD & CEO of PharmaSecure and Co-Promoter and Director of Flexing It. The company confirmed that Mr. Pasricha is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority. This appointment is in line with SEBI Listing Regulations.
