HCC Board Meeting on Aug 6 to Approve Q1 FY27 Financial Results

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, August 6, 2026, in Mumbai. The primary agenda item for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window for designated persons from July 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared.
