HCC to hold 100th AGM on Aug 18, 2026, via VC/OAVM

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) has announced its 100th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of Mr. Aditya Pratap Jain as a Director and the appointment of Mr. Nakul Pasricha as an Independent Director. A special resolution will also be considered for the payment of remuneration to Mr. Ajit Gulabchand, Non-Executive Chairman, for the financial year 2026-27.
