Hindustan Copper Appoints P A & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Hindustan Copper Limited has announced the appointment of M/s. P A & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment was made by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) in accordance with Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. The audit firm, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, will also be responsible for auditing the consolidated financial statements. The C&AG has also entrusted the supplementary/test audit to the Director General of Audit, Mines & Coal, Kolkata. Details regarding remuneration and other allowances will be regulated as per the Companies Act and relevant guidelines.
