OM Infra Ltd: Khandelwal Badaya & Co. Appointed Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

OM Infra Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Khandelwal Badaya & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. This appointment was approved by the members at the 54th Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2026. The auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 54th AGM until the conclusion of the 59th AGM. This appointment fills the regular term following their earlier appointment by the Board to fill a casual vacancy. The firm has a valid Peer Review Certificate and extensive experience in statutory audits and corporate advisory.
