OM Infra Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons. OM Infra Limited has been informed about the termination of contracts awarded by NHPC Limited for the Dibang Multipurpose Projects (2880 MW) in Arunachal Pradesh. The termination is due to prevailing site conditions causing significant delays in erection activities under Lot-5B, beyond NHPC's control. The contracts have been terminated in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract Sub clause 42.1 - Termination for Employer’s Convenience. The Performance Security submitted by OM Infra or its sub-contractor will be duly discharged.
