HOEC Awarded Mumbai Offshore Contract Area MB/OSDSF/MUMBAI OFFSHORE/2025

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has been awarded the Contract Area MB/OSDSF/MUMBAI OFFSHORE/2025 under the Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round-IV by the Government of India. Communicated by the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH), the award is subject to the execution of a Revenue Sharing Contract (RSC). The awarded area in the Mumbai Offshore basin includes multiple discovered fields: C-23-9, C-39-14, BH-68, WO-5-11, and B-174-1. This award strengthens HOEC's presence in the Western Offshore, complementing its existing operations in the B80 field and planned development of the B15 field. HOEC plans to focus on accelerated, capital-efficient development and integration synergies within its Western Offshore portfolio.
