HOEC refers HPCL crude oil dispute to conciliation

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) have agreed to refer disputes arising from the crude oil supply transaction from the B-80 field to conciliation. A former Chief Justice of the High Court will oversee the resolution process. Consequently, the original invoice raised by HOEC on HPCL has been cancelled, and HOEC has initiated the process to dispose of the crude oil.
