HOEC Independent Director Retires; Board Committees Re-constituted

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) announced the retirement of Non-Executive Independent Director, Mr. Pronip Kumar Borthakur, effective June 14, 2026, upon completion of his two consecutive five-year terms. The Board expressed appreciation for his contributions. Following his retirement, the Board has re-constituted its sub-committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Risk Management Committee, with updated compositions effective the same date.
