Hindustan Zinc Designates Two Officials to Senior Management

Hindustan Zinc Limited announced that its Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the classification and designation of two existing officials to Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Munish Vasudeva has been designated as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Mr. Kishor Kumar Sugumaran as Chief Operating Officer. These designations are effective from July 24, 2026. The disclosure was delayed due to administrative reasons. Mr. Vasudeva brings over 33 years of HR experience, while Mr. Sugumaran has over 28 years of experience in the metals and mining industry, notably contributing to underground operations and digitalization.
