Onesource Specialty Pharma: Preeti Kalra Designated SMP, Ravi Kumar Resigns

Onesource Specialty Pharma Ltd has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Preeti Kalra, Head of Human Resources, has been designated as an SMP effective July 24, 2026. Concurrently, Ravi Kumar, Global Head – Injectables/Head of Corporate Strategy, Portfolio & SPO, has resigned from his position as SMP, also effective July 24, 2026. These changes are disclosed as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
