This release is effective from the prepayment date of a term loan facility on June 17, 2026. The disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as the prior encumbrances likely fell within the definition of 'encumbrance' under Chapter V of the Takeover Regulations. Following the release, Victory XII Pte Ltd holds no encumbered shares in HZL.
