Hindusthan Insulators CFO Resigns, Appointed Whole-time Director

Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Ltd announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Shailendra Jhalani, has resigned from his position effective October 03, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors approved his appointment as a Whole-time Director, designated as Deputy Managing Director, for a period of three years starting October 04, 2026. The company also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, Mr. Mool Chand Gauba was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The company also proposed an increase in its authorized share capital.
