Hindusthan Insulators Fixes AGM Date, Approves Unaudited Results

Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 21, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also fixed the date for its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 08, 2026, via Video Conferencing. A cut-off date of September 01, 2026, was set for voting eligibility. Key approvals also include the re-appointment of Mr. Raghavendra Anant Mody as Chairman & Whole-time Director and M/s. J.K. Kabra & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the Board approved availing an unsecured loan facility of up to ₹155 crore from related party Hindusthan Engineering & Industries Limited, subject to shareholder approval.
