Raghavendra Mody Re-appointed Chairman & Whole Time Director

Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Raghavendra Anant Mody as Chairman & Whole Time Director for a further period of three years, effective October 3, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and fixed the date for the 66th Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2026. Additionally, the company plans to avail an unsecured loan of up to ₹155 crore from related party Hindusthan Engineering & Industries Limited for expansion and working capital.
