Shashvat Somany Appointed Joint MD of Hindware Subsidiary

Hindware Home Innovation Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Hindware Limited, has approved the appointment of Mr. Shashvat Somany as Joint Managing Director and Designated Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel. The appointment is effective from October 1, 2026, for a term of five years. Mr. Somany, currently Head of Strategy at Somany Impresa Group and Founder of Tattva, holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from UCLA. He is the son of Mr. Sandip Somany, Chairman and MD of Hindware Limited.
