Hitech Corp: Delisting Offer via Initial Public Announcement

Hitech Corporation Ltd. announced an Initial Public Announcement (IPA) dated May 25, 2026, regarding the delisting proposal of its equity shares from BSE and NSE. The delisting offer is being made by Geetanjali Trading and Investments Private Limited, a member of the promoter group. Kreo Capital Private Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Offer. The acquirer intends to acquire all fully paid-up equity shares of the company from public shareholders and voluntarily delist the equity shares in accordance with SEBI regulations.
