Aalap Nilesh Patel Acquires 10% Stake in HLE Glascoat via Gift

Aalap Nilesh Patel, a member of the promoter group of HLE Glascoat Limited, has acquired 69,45,474 equity shares, representing 10.00% of the company's equity share capital. The acquisition was made from Mr. Nilesh Khushalbhai Patel, also a promoter group member, through an inter-se transfer of shares by way of gift amongst immediate relatives. This transaction increases Aalap Nilesh Patel's total holding, along with persons acting in concert, to 11.36% of the total equity share capital. The acquisition was effective as of September 10, 2026.
