HLE Glascoat: Internal Restructuring of Subsidiaries

HLE Glascoat Limited announced an internal restructuring of its subsidiaries. Thaletec GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary, has transferred its 100% shareholding in HLE Surface Technologies GmbH (a step-down subsidiary) to another wholly owned subsidiary, HLE International S.à.r.l. This transfer was effective October 5, 2026. The company stated that the primary objective of this restructuring is to rationalize and simplify the overall group structure. No direct benefit to the promoter or promoter group is anticipated from this internal shareholding change.
