HLV Ltd Announces Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025, Re-appoints Mr. Ashok Rajani as Independent Director

HLV Ltd has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's revenue stands at Rs. 13,747 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 42,553 lakhs for the nine months period. The net profit for the quarter is Rs. (652) lakhs and Rs. 1,538 lakhs for the nine months period. The Board has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Rajani as an Independent Director for a period of five years, subject to approval of members of the Company. The re-appointment is effective from March 30, 2026 up to March 29, 2031.
