HMA Agro Appoints VAA & Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

HMA Agro Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s VAA & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors. The appointment, approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting (FY 2026-27) until the conclusion of the 23rd AGM (FY 2031-32). This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM and adherence to auditor independence requirements. VAA & Associates, a chartered accountant firm based in Agra and Noida, has experience in statutory audits and assurance services for listed entities.
