Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd Board Meeting Adjourned Under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

The board meeting of Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd, held on 13th March, 2026, has been adjourned under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench order dated 20th August, 2019. The Company is currently undergoing CIRP and the powers of the Board of Directors are vested with Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane, the Resolution Professional. The revised date for the meeting will be communicated in due course.
