Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) announced that its board meeting, originally scheduled for April 13, 2026, has been adjourned. The company will communicate the revised date for the meeting in due course. HDIL is currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per an NCLT Mumbai Bench order dated August 20, 2019. Consequently, the powers of the Board of Directors and the management of the company's affairs are vested in Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane, the appointed Resolution Professional.
