HUDCO Announces 56th AGM for FY 2025-26 on August 24, 2026

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has announced its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company is also submitting its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, which includes the Notice of the 56th AGM, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The report will be sent electronically to members with registered email addresses and a web-link will be provided to those without registered emails.
