HGM Invests US$5.6 Lakh in XBP Global Shares

HandsOn Global Management (HGM) Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the subscription of 204,946 shares of common stock in XBP Global Holdings, Inc. (XBP Global) at US$2.83 per share, totaling US$579,997.18 (approximately ₹5.57 Crore). This investment, made through HCI LLC, will result in HGM holding 1.45% of XBP Global's outstanding shares post-issuance. The transaction is considered a non-material related party transaction, approved by the Audit Committee and the Board. XBP Global is a NASDAQ-listed workflow automation leader. The investment aligns with HGM's strategy to integrate AI-led automation and explore new business avenues in the AI ecosystem.
