HP Adhesives Recommends ₹0.40 Dividend for FY 2025-26

HP Adhesives Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 12, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹ 0.40 (20%) per fully paid-up equity share of ₹ 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the same period. The trading window will open on May 15, 2026.
