HP Cotton Textile Mills Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025

HP Cotton Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the company's Board of Directors will meet on February 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulations 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company's trading window for dealing in securities will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
