HPL Electric & Power Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure till April 01, 2026

HPL Electric & Power Ltd has announced that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. If the trading window end date is on a trading holiday, it will remain closed till the next succeeding day which is not a trading holiday. This announcement is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct as formulated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
