HPL Electric Reminds Shareholders of Unclaimed Dividends
HPL Electric & Power Ltd has issued a reminder letter to shareholders regarding unclaimed dividends, particularly for FY 2018-19, with a deadline of October 15, 2026, to claim them. As per the Companies Act, 2013, dividends remaining unclaimed for seven years from the transfer date are transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shares associated with these unclaimed dividends are also liable for transfer to IEPF.
