HRS Aluglaze Appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors for FY27

HRS Aluglaze Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Mrunal M Shah and Co. as its Internal Auditor and M/s Parikh Dave & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The Board of Directors also approved the draft notice for the 14th Annual General Meeting, the draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26, and appointed M/s. Parikh Dave & Associates as Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process. Additionally, National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) was appointed as the Remote E-Voting Agency. The company also addressed the resignation of its Statutory Auditors, M/s. Shah & Patel, and appointed M/s. Chirag R. Shah & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy.
