HRS Aluglaze Appoints New Statutory Auditors Post Resignation

HRS Aluglaze Ltd announced the resignation of M/s. Shah & Patel as Statutory Auditors, effective September 3, 2025. The company's Board of Directors has appointed M/s. Chirag R. Shah & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy.
