HRS Aluglaze Appoints Parikh Dave & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

HRS Aluglaze Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Parikh Dave & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on September 3rd, 2026. The company also appointed M/s. Mrunal M Shah & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s. Chirag R. Shah & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. The board also approved the draft notice for the 14th Annual General Meeting and the draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26. M/s. Parikh Dave & Associates were also appointed as Scrutinizers for the remote e-voting process.
