Hubtown Ltd Increases Stake in Subsidiary RTPL to 74.65%

Hubtown Ltd has invested ₹36,78,25,290 (₹36.78 Crore) in its subsidiary, Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), by subscribing to 1,22,60,843 equity shares at a premium. This investment, made through a rights issue, increases Hubtown's shareholding in RTPL from 72.91% to 74.65%. RTPL is engaged in real estate development. The company stated the transaction was at arm's length and falls within related party transactions due to RTPL being a subsidiary.
