Somany Ceramics Extends Investment Timeline in Siravit Ceramics to Jan 2027

Somany Ceramics Ltd has announced an extension for its proposed investment in M/s. Siravit Ceramics Private Limited (SCPL). The company's Administrative Committee approved extending the indicative timeline for completing the acquisition/subscription of up to 49% shareholding in SCPL by three months, to January 8, 2027. The total investment remains capped at Rs. 58.80 crore, to be made in tranches based on funding needs and project progress. This update does not alter the overall terms of the investment initially approved on July 13, 2026.
