I-Power Solutions Board Approves Unaudited Financials, Reappoints Directors

I-Power Solutions India Ltd announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on August 13, 2026. The Board considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajendra Naniwadekar as Managing Director for five years from August 11, 2027, and the re-appointment of Mr. Kodanda Ram Babu Punukollu, Mr. Naresh Kumar Bhatt, and Mrs. Sujata Jonnavittula as Independent Directors for second five-year terms from August 11, 2027. Mr. Anand Chenji was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective August 13, 2026. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
