ICICI Bank Announces 32nd AGM and Releases Annual Report 2025-26

ICICI Bank Limited has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The bank has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. These documents, along with the AGM notice, have been dispatched electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with KFintech or Depository Participants. The agenda for the AGM includes ordinary business such as adopting financial statements, declaring dividends, and re-appointing directors, as well as special business including the appointment of independent directors and revision of remuneration for key management personnel. The AGM will also address material related party transactions with subsidiaries and associates for FY2028.
