ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026. In compliance with SEBI regulations, a trading window closure has been declared for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This window will remain closed from October 1, 2026, to October 19, 2026 (inclusive).
