ICICI Bank Board to meet Oct 17 for Q2/H1 FY27 results

ICICI Bank Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026. In light of this upcoming board meeting and in compliance with SEBI regulations on insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the bank's securities will be closed. This closure will affect all Designated Persons of the Bank, including Directors, and their immediate relatives, effective from October 1, 2026, until October 19, 2026 (inclusive of both dates).
