The contract, valued at ₹1,38,48,488/-, is for services to be provided at Max Square Limited in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The execution period for this domestic order is 12 months. The company clarified that this transaction is not a related party transaction and none of its promoters have an interest in the entity awarding the contract.
