IDFC First Bank Appoints New Chairperson, Reappoints Whole-Time Director

IDFC First Bank's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. S. Ganesh Kumar as Part-Time Non-Executive Chairperson, effective May 10, 2027, until April 29, 2029, subject to regulatory approvals. This follows the expiry of Mr. Sanjeeb Chaudhuri's term. Additionally, Mr. Pradeep Natarajan has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) for a further three-year period from May 31, 2027. The bank also noted that Mr. Aashish Kamat will cease to be an Independent Director on December 17, 2026, upon completion of his tenure.
