IEL Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s S. Mandawat & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2026. The company has also approved the reclassification of shareholders Mr. Ronit Champaklal Shah, Mrs. Kalpanaben Champaklal Shah and Mr. Romit Champaklal Shah from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category, subject to the approval of the Stock Exchange and other necessary approvals.
