IFGL Refractories Appoints Mukesh Rawal as Whole-time Director & CEO India

IFGL Refractories Ltd announced the appointment of Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal as a Whole-time Director, serving as Director and Chief Executive Officer India. This appointment is for a term of three years, effective from August 16, 2026, to August 15, 2029. Mr Rawal, a US National of Indian origin with extensive experience in the refractories and iron/steel industries since 1983, will transition from his current roles as President of Mono Ceramics Inc and Head – Americas. The appointment is subject to necessary approvals, including shareholder and Central Government consent. Mr Rawal is not debarred by any regulatory authority and is not related to any existing director.
