IIFL Capital Services: FIH Mauritius Investments Acquires 15.33% Stake

FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd has acquired 57,142,857 equity shares in IIFL Capital Services Limited through a preferential issue. This transaction represents a 15.33% stake acquisition based on total share capital and 14.06% on a diluted basis. Following the acquisition, FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd's total holding in IIFL Capital Services Limited increased from 26.82% to 38.04% of the total share capital and from 24.23% to 34.88% on a diluted basis. The total equity share capital of the Target Company increased from INR 63,10,65,024 to INR 74,53,50,738.
