IIFL Capital Services Incorporates Singapore Subsidiary

IIFL Capital Services Ltd announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, named "IIFL Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd.". The incorporation was approved by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore, on July 30, 2026. This new entity will focus on Business Support Services and Management Consultancy. The company acquired 100% of the initial share capital for SGD 1.00. This move aligns with the company's strategy to expand its operations internationally.
