IIFL Capital Services: Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

IIFL Capital Services Limited announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities. This closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, ahead of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are approved by the Board of Directors and subsequently filed with the stock exchanges. During this period, all designated persons, including directors and their immediate relatives, are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The date for the Board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated in due course.
