IKIO Technologies Subsidiary Signs Exclusivity Undertaking

IKIO Technologies Ltd announced that its step-down subsidiary, Royalux FZCO, UAE, has entered into a Vendor Exclusivity Undertaking with Danube Home LLC, Dubai. Under this agreement, Royalux FZCO will provide installation, fit-out, landscaping, and décor services. The parties aim to achieve a target business value of AED 2,000,000 (approximately ₹45,000,000) during the one-year term of the undertaking. This arrangement is non-binding on the target business value and focuses on exclusivity for project-related opportunities introduced by Danube Home LLC.
