Pace Digitek Bags ₹179.4 Cr LOI for BESS Project

Pace Digitek Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. The LOI aggregates to Rs. 1,794 Million (₹179.4 Crore) and covers the design, supply, testing, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of BESS with an aggregate contracted capacity of 57.5 MW/115 MWh. The project is to be executed at four grid station locations of BRPL for on-demand basis operation. The commissioning date is stipulated to be twenty-eight (28) weeks from the Effective Date of the BESSA. Neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
