Imec Services Appoints Anjali Jain as Independent Woman Director

Imec Services Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Anjali Jain as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Woman Director. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Jain brings over 9 years of experience in secretarial compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory compliances, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is not related to any existing directors of the company. Her term is for five consecutive years.
