Imec Services Authorizes KMPs for Disclosure

Imec Services Ltd has informed the stock exchange that its Board of Directors has authorized three Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events and make necessary disclosures. The authorized KMPs are Mr. Abhishek Saxena (Chief Financial Officer), CS Harsh Saxena (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer), and Mr. Girdhari Sagarvanshi (Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer). This action is in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Contact details for these individuals have also been provided.
