Imec Services Declares Unaudited Standalone Q1 FY27 Results

Imec Services Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on August 14, 2026. The results were accompanied by a limited review report from statutory auditors SCAN & Co. The company has disclosed a contingent liability of ₹61.58 lakhs related to a Customs/DGFT demand for non-fulfillment of export obligations, for which an appeal is pending. Additionally, management consultancy expenditure of ₹8.26 lakhs was incurred during the quarter from Kumaon Management & Soft Consul LLP.
